To get good measurements, lay the shirt (preferably the one you love) on a flat, hard surface, then if there are any creases, smooth them out as much as possible.
Width: place the ruler from the bottom of the sleeve and measure the width stopping under the other sleeve.
Height: measure from the highest point of the shoulder (top of the collar) to the bottom of the shirt.
How we make it
Most of our products are made after your order is placed rather than produced in large quantities and stored in warehouses. This allows us to create smaller collections, reduce unnecessary waste, and focus on quality over volume.
Some products are produced through trusted European partners, while others are manufactured in collaboration with local suppliers and makers. As a result, production and delivery times vary between collections.
Production & delivery times
Pitch-stitch products are produced by our print-on-demand partner, TPOP, in France.
Production starts after your order is placed and paid.
Estimated delivery time: approximately 2 weeks
Aurin collections, Graduale products, and selected Divisart projects are produced in Hungary, primarily in Kecskemét. Certain printed materials and components may be sourced from trusted suppliers in other European countries.

Please note that these are average delivery times and may vary during holiday periods or periods of exceptionally high demand.
Packaging
Your order will be packed securely to ensure safe delivery during transport.
Packaging may vary between collections depending on the production partner and product type, but all products are shipped in durable, water-resistant packaging suitable for international delivery.
If your order contains products produced by different partners, items may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Shipping worldwide
We ship internationally and work with trusted logistics partners across Europe and beyond.
Delivery times depend on the destination country, local postal services, customs procedures, and seasonal demand. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & exchanges
If your product is not the right size or doesn't meet your expectations, most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition.
